Innocent Smoothie Recipe Book 57 1/2 recipes from our kitchen to yours Bk 2 Innocent Books Reviews
- I love drinking innocent smoothies when I am in London and was delighted to find this book. It's a fun read with some unique smoothie recipes to mix up our morning smoothie routine. Some of the recipes suggest juicing apples and then using that juice in your smoothie but I generally just threw the whole apple in the Vitamix with the rest of the ingredients and added a little extra water - too lazy to clean the juicer for such small quantities.
- Have bought 4 of them (as friends won't return it) - incredible no fail recipes!!!
- I love, love, love Innocent smoothies and always partake when I am in England. Please come to the States Innocent!! Brought home the book so I can make my own. My fav smoothies... my fav smoothie book... Awesome )
- Love it.
- I use it almost every single day ) they taste just like the smoothies you buy (not where i live ( ), and the ones I've tried yield exactly one serving (one tall glass) which is great. the blueberry-pomegranate one is my fav.
- its a great starting point and beautifully put together - though might not be enough for a more experienced juicer/smoothier-maker its a great starting point,. ^ ...I think I bought this copy for a friend... ! ^ )
- Innocent Drinks, a very successful British smoothie business, sold to Coca Cola in 2013, published this cookbook in 2002. The writing style is exactly like their advertising and twitter tone -- funny, informal, friendly, and conversational. The idea was talk to the consumer like you’d talk to your friends (but without meanness or swear words). The book has good recipes for all ages, wonderful illustrations and photographs, and a place to write your own recipes and notes.
